21 year old 3rd year mathematics student at the University of Liverpool! No one is bad at maths, just unpracticed! As I child maths was my worst subject and I began to resent it. I understand the pitfalls students often fall into. With the help and encouragement of passionate teachers I was able to grow a love of my own for the subject. Obtained a grade 9 in Gcse maths and an A* at A level. Going into my third year studying mathematics at the University of Liverpool. Planning on a nuclear related masters degree, aspirations to work in nuclear power contributing to the distribution of low carbon green energy.

I have a passion for teaching Maths, Chemistry and Physics at both GCSE and A-level. I am able to teach students of any age, but would preferably teach students learning at GCSE and A-level. Evidently, I have a keen interest for sharing Math knowledge, however I also enjoy other activities (such as reading or playing video games). Also, music is a very fun and interesting topic (which contains a surprising amount of math). I play the guitar and read about music theory. I am studying towards a BSc in Mathematics, helping my fellows in said subject throughout my prior studies. My hobbies have included PC hardware and the space around it, some years of Aikido and archery, (not forgetting to mention) a delight in reading novels (be they published or in-progress works). I have a CertHE from the University of Warwick towards an Engineering course, and completed my A2s in 2017 (Mathematics/Further Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry). I studied for the FSMQ (Freestanding Mathematics Qualification) alongside GCSEs in 2015, almost achieving 'A's across the board.

I have just started university and I am eager to help my students in a supportive way with a dynamic based on mutual respect. Outside of my studies I love to watch football, go on hikes in the South Downs and read the financial times, as I am of course interested in any developments in markets. I went to Sackville School, East Grinstead and completed 12 GCSE's and one level 2 certificate in Further Maths, all at grade 7 and above. I then progressed to my A-Levels, achieving A*AAA in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Physics. During my time I also gained a Gold Certificate in the Senior Maths Challenge and participated in the Senior Maths Kangaroo, whilst also participating in the FCDO Next generation Economics essay competition.

Final year Mathematics undergrad student at the University of Dundee, fluent in German, Croatian and of course English. I love the outdoors, as I regularly go out hiking, running, cycling and whitewater kayaking. I still stick to the student lifestyle of having a healthy balance of work/study related things, social life and fitness thus making the most of my time when I have it!

Hi, my name is Guy, I have a BSC in Biochemistry from the University of Southampton and I am currently studying my masters in Synthetic Biology I am here to help guide you with any issues you have in A-level and GCSE Maths, Chemistry and Biology! I achieved three A-levels in Maths, Chemistry and Biology from the Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys in Canterbury, Kent. I then went on to attain a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and the University of Southampton. I am now beginning my Master's degree in Synthetic Biology at the University of Southampton.
