Hi, I’m a Psychology undergraduate with A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology. I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals through clear, supportive, and engaging lessons. I offer tutoring for A-Level Psychology, Biology, and Chemistry, as well as GCSE Combined Science, Biology and Chemistry. Having recently completed these qualifications myself, I understand the challenges students face and can explain difficult concepts in a simple and relatable way. My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, whether they are aiming to improve their understanding, boost their grades, or prepare for exams. I focus on creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills at their own pace. I am currently studying BSc Psychology at Aston university and have completed A-Levels in Psychology, Biology, and Chemistry. My studies have equipped me with strong analytical, research, and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of scientific and psychological concepts. At GCSE, I achieved strong grades across a range of subjects, including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English Language, English Literature, and Mathematics. This broad academic background allows me to support students across both science and essay-based subjects. I offer tutoring in A-Level Psychology, Biology, and Chemistry, as well as GCSE Biology, Chemistry, and Combined Science. Having completed these qualifications relatively recently, I am familiar with the curriculum, exam requirements, and effective revision techniques needed for success. Hi there. James here, from South Africa. I taught in London in Walthamstow for my probationary year in 1991, and then in Johannesburg and Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa for a total of 21 years. I have taught Cambridge A Level History and England and South Africa's English and History curricula. I am also a published researcher, poet, and author. I enjoy cross-country running. I like NETFLIX mystery series. I regularly get out wilderness walking and cross country swimming. Since February 2025, I tutor English and Religious Studies for GoStudent. I battled with learning difficulties at school. However, I did very well after school, because I knew that English opens doors. So, I set goals. Then I achieved a B.A (1985) and a B. Ed (1996) degree, at Wits University in Johannesburg. I did a Masters Degree in Theology (Regent College, Vancouver, B.C., 2001) and a PhD in Church History (University of KwaZulu-Natal, 2016). I believe education is a lifelong journey. We master English every day for the rest of our lives. So I'm still learning as I tutor GCSE students, A Level students, and juniors, to reach their highest goals.

Hi! My name is Anushka Thomas and I am a second year Biomedical Science BSc Student at King's College London. I am specialising in Immunology and Infectious Disease and am particularly interested in drug discovery and public health. I am really passionate about studying and communicating science in a clear and engaging way! Attended Northampton High School (GDST) where I obtained 99998 in GCSE Chemistry, Biology, Physics, English language and Maths. I then went on to complete A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I have completed Year 1 of my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science where I studied the following modules: Anatomy, Physiology, Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, Cell Biology and Neuroscience, Chemistry and Pharmacology. In my second year I plan to specialise in Immunology and Infectious disease where I will be studying modules such as Cancer Cell Biology, Drug Discovery and Development as well as Medical Microbiology. Having spent the last 5 years undergoing rigorous examinations, university entrances as well as having to grasp vast amounts of difficult scientific content, I believe I am well-equipped to help others in similar positions.
