Hi! My name is Dipasha and I’m currently a final year Pharmacology student at Queen Mary University of London, with a strong interest in academic research and medicine. Outside of my studies, I enjoy playing tennis and badminton. I also love to explore different places in London and listen to music! I really enjoy teaching, and I look forward to supporting students to reach their goals :) I am currently in my final year studying BSc Pharmacology and Innovative Therapeutics at Queen Mary University of London, where I am about to graduate with a first class degree. Prior to this, I completed my A-levels, where I built a strong academic foundation in science and developed effective study and exam techniques. I also performed very well at GCSE level, which reflects my academic ability and strong understanding of core subjects. Alongside my studies, I have gained experience supporting other students with their learning, helping to break down complex topics and build confidence, which has strengthened both my communication skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles.

Hi, I'm Chris, a recent graduate in nuclear engineering with a love of maths and physics. I help students to build confidence and improve their core understanding of maths and physics, A-Level and GCSE. I focus on breaking down complex problems into smaller, more manageable steps which helps students understand the content along with worked examples and exam questions which helps students to solve questions in an exam and achieve their goals. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Lancaster University, specialising in nuclear engineering which involved a large amount of electrical engineering and particle physics. I also hold three A-Levels in maths, physics and chemistry from Thomas Rotherham College where I achieved an A*, A and B respectively. I also have GCSEs in maths (9), physics (9), chemistry (9), biology (9), computer science (9), geography (8), English language(8), English literature (7) from Winterhill School.

I’ve lived in six different countries, worked in both education and the business world, and I bring that international energy straight into my classes. I’m a native French speaker with a big love for Spanish language and Hispanic culture, so you’ll learn real, useful language — the kind people actually speak — along with the cultural tips that make you sound natural. I’m known for being extremely patient, but don’t worry, I’ll also encourage you (nicely!) to step outside your comfort zone and grow fast. I am a calm, friendly GCSE and SATS English Literature and Language tutor who wants to help students grow in confidence and achieve the top grades. I have experience in tutoring primary school English, and now I want to take my passion for tutoring and teach GCSE and SATS English Literature and Language. I am a results-driven individual who wants to share exact strategies that helped me achieve the top grades in English Literature and Language. I am highly analytical and great at breaking down complex ideas and pieces literatures into simple, clear steps that suits every learning style. As a Master's student at Loughborough University, I understand the pressure of exams, so my goal is to make English feel less overwhelming, more structured and most importantly, fun. For my dissertation, i achieved a first class grade (82%). I completed a 10,000-word project on the 2010 BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill, analysing the systemic factors that caused the disaster and engaging with topics such as environmental regulation, corporate accountability and sustainability. This strengthened my skills in independent research, planning, structuring arguments and writing in a clear, persuasive style. I am now progressing to a Master’s in Social Science Research at Loughborough University, where I will be further developing advanced skills in essay writing, academic reading and detailed analysis. Across my education, I have built strong experience in breaking down complex pieces of writing, identifying key ideas and explaining them in simple, accessible ways.
