Hi, I’m Caleb Jackson, a passionate and committed math teacher who enjoys guiding students through the fascinating world of mathematics. I aim to make math lessons engaging and meaningful by using interactive methods, practical real-life examples, and thoughtful problem-solving activities that help students grow in confidence and curiosity. I believe that when students feel comfortable and motivated, learning becomes both effective and enjoyable. In my free time, I enjoy playing chess, which helps sharpen my thinking skills and keeps my mind active and creative. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Mindanao State University, where I developed a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Physics at the University of San Carlos in Cebu, which further strengthens my ability to connect mathematical theories with practical and real-world applications. My academic training allows me to design clear, engaging lessons, adapt to different learning styles, and support students in building confidence and achieving their academic goals.

A junior Finance manager in the NHS.Previously a primary class teacher. I have been tutoring maths and all sciences for 8 years. I have experience working with ages from 5-16 and also experienced working with SEN students. Experience of tutoring online and in person therefore able to adapt to students learning. Achieved A*-A’s in GCses for maths and triple science . Continued with maths and science into A-levels. Also studied further maths at GCses and also able to teach it . Hello! I am Reeshma and I offer tutoring in a variety of subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, 11+ and UKCAT/BMAT admission tests, English language (specifically), and Geography. I can cover KS2, KS3, GCSE and A-level (Biology and Chemistry) content from any exam board and will always ensure the content covered in lessons is relevant to the tutee’s requirements. I have the most experience with AQA for the Sciences and Edexcel for Mathematics. I also scored highly on the UKCAT/BMAT tests and am prepared to share my wisdom to tutees as I know what the problematic areas are and the best ways to tackle them. I am currently studying medicine and hence still very familiar with many of the concepts from A-level Biology and Chemistry, as much of what I study stems from knowledge acquired from GCSE and A-level Sciences. I am extremely enthusiastic about medicine, as the human body is one of my most profound fascinations, and I believe I can convey my enthusiasm for education through my lessons. In sixth form, I was a peer mentor and often had to help students struggling with their subjects, and so I have attained a plethora of knowledge on efficient methods to overcome revision and learning issues; furthermore, I am quite an active and independent learner and have trialled many different studying techniques in the past. Therefore, I can tailor my lessons to the tutee’s preferences, e.g., usage of more diagrams for visual learners and more verbal explanations for aural learners. I have the most experience tutoring mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, english, EPQ, UCAT/BMAT, school admission tests and reviewing personal statements for a variety of students at different levels, including KS2, KS3, GCSE, A-level and university level.

My name is Ellie, and I am a student at Newcastle University. Despite studying Accounting and Finance, I still love all things English and Maths. Whether I'm doing cryptic crosswords or sudokus, I believe that challenging your brain is the most entertaining activity.
