Hi, I'm Raiyaan — a Medical student at UCL and a former pupil of St Paul's School, Barnes. I tutor GCSE Maths and the Sciences, and I genuinely love helping students have that "it finally makes sense!" moment. My approach is patient, friendly and completely non-judgemental: I start by understanding where a student is stuck, then break tricky topics into simple, manageable steps until they click. I care just as much about building confidence as improving grades — because once a student believes they can do it, everything gets easier. I adapt to how each young person learns best, and I'm comfortable supporting those who find learning more challenging, including students with dyslexia. I'm currently studying Medicine at UCL, having recently completed my A-Levels at St Paul's School, Barnes, where I achieved AAA in Maths, Chemistry and Biology, plus top grades (7–9) across all my GCSEs — including a 9 in Maths and 8s in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, the very subjects I teach. Because I sat these exams recently, I know the current specifications, exam techniques and common pitfalls inside out. Alongside my studies, I've spent the past two years tutoring GCSE Maths and Science, helping students make real, measurable progress and grow in confidence. I've also volunteered with elderly and vulnerable people in a care home, which taught me the patience and clear communication that make a genuine difference in one-to-one teaching. Hi, I’m Aisha, a dedicated tutor with experience supporting learners in Maths, English, and Science from KS1 to KS4, including SEN students. I’m currently studying for a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Physics, and I love helping students build confidence and achieve their goals. I teach : - Maths (KS1–KS4, GCSE Higher level and Lower level) - English (KS1–KS2 and 11+) - Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics KS1–KS4, GCSE) I use clear, step-by-step explanations and adapt my approach to each student’s needs. My background in Mathematics and Science gives me a strong academic foundation, while my hands‑on teaching has taught me how to make complex ideas clear and accessible. I am currently studying for a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Physics with the Open University, which gives me a strong foundation in problem‑solving, logical thinking, and scientific analysis. My degree allows me to bring fresh, up‑to‑date knowledge into my lessons and connect classroom topics to real‑world applications. I completed IGCSEs in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, English Language, and Computer Science. This broad academic background means I can support students across STEM subjects as well as English, helping them to develop both technical skills and clear communication.

As every student deserves the chance to feel confident and heard, I work with them step by step to tackle tricky ideas together and further solidify their understanding. Learning can be clear and rewarding as long as that student is given the chance to find the method and schedule that works for them! I completed my GCSE's at Maria Fidelis Catholic FCJ school in 2023/24. Achieving Maths (7), English (8), Chemistry (7). I have actually just sat my A-levels at Trinity Catholic High school where I am predicted A*AA in Mathematics, Chemistry and Psychology.

I’m a mechanical engineering student who enjoys learning, staying active, and improving at things over time. Outside academics, I train Muay Thai and play squash, which keeps me disciplined and focused. I’m naturally curious, patient, and I like explaining ideas in a way that actually makes sense to people. I value consistency, good communication, and personal growth, both in and out of education.
