Hi, I’m Jeane! I’m a passionate English teacher who loves helping students connect with literature and language in fun and creative ways. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me watching movies on Netflix and making sure I hit my 10,000 steps every day, which keeps me energized and motivated throughout the day. I am a Physical Therapy graduate and have completed a Teaching & Demo course with New York Universities as an international student. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in teaching strategies, language, and literature. Through my studies, I developed the ability to design well-structured lessons that cater to individual students’ needs. Hi. I'm Ade, and I have been tutoring successfully for over 7 years now, with over 100 students (over 3 years on GoStudent with over 40 students), Grades 7 to 12, GCSE, and A-Levels. I have a Bachelors degree in Geophysics, a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Education, and I'm currently doing a 2nd Degree in Mathematics. I keep my lessons simple, with a focus on consistent practice. I also tailor my lessons to fit the student and get the best out of them. Simply put, I help you understand the foundations of the concepts you're trying to learn, and we'll do lots of practice. I specialize in building students skill and confidence in facing and solving problems. I'm pretty good at it because I am always learning new things myself, so I never forget what it's like be a semi-beginner, and I tend to relate very well with my students experience. This helps me communicate very effectively and support them unconditionally, all the while holding them to high expectations (based on their ability). Hi! My name is Lucy and I'm 22 years old from the North East. I am currently completing my Masters in Developmental Psychology and have a deep interest in education and teaching. My background in psychology has helped me to gain a deep understanding of how young people learn and how best to explain tricky concepts. In my free time I enjoy reading, pilates and spending time with my dog!
