Hi! I’m a university student with an A in A-Level Mathematics and a genuine passion for helping students build confidence in maths. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, whether they’re preparing for exams, catching up on topics, or aiming for top grades. My goal is to make maths clear, engaging, and less intimidating by breaking down difficult concepts into simple, manageable steps. I believe that with patience, encouragement, and the right support, every student can improve and reach their full potential. I completed my GCSEs at Jo Richardson Community School, achieving qualifications in Mathematics, English, Combined Science, Geography, Music, Drama, and BTEC Business. I then completed my A Levels at the same school, studying Mathematics, Economics, and Geography, where I achieved an A in Mathematics. I am currently studying Accounting and Finance at university, where I continue to strengthen my analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. My strong mathematical background, combined with my communication skills and patient approach, allows me to explain concepts clearly and adapt my teaching to suit different learning styles. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their academic goals.

Hi, I'm a 24 year old economics student at the university of Liverpool. I teach maths, economics, chemistry and biology. My areas of interest, outside of economics, are football and F1. In my free time I enjoy reading, running, watching movies and television. I am studying economics at the University of Liverpool. I studied chemistry (A) physics (B) and maths (A*) at A-level. As well as this I taught myself an AS level in further maths (B). I am constantly trying to improve my knowledge as well in my free time.

Let's work together to achieve your academic goals! I am currently a gap year student and I have achieved A*A*A in my A levels in Maths, Further Maths and Computer Science respectively. I held offers from UCL, LSE, Manchester and Warwick and will be going on to study Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Warwick. I am also confident in tutoring mathematics admissions exams such as the MAT and TMUA after achieving 7.6 in my TMUA. I have experience as a tutor working in a maths centre (Mathnasium). In that fast-paced environment, I worked with students ranging from years 4 to 11, which taught me how to quickly identify a student's unique learning style and adapt my teaching on the spot.

I have a BA (Hons) in Natural Sciences (Materials Science) at the University of Cambridge, ranking in the top third of my cohort last year. I have tutored at the secondary-level, and have since offered Oxbridge admission prep (ESAT, interview). I teach GCSE and KS3 chemistry & maths. I am currently working as a teaching assistant at a secondary school. During university I have held internships and voluntary roles as an academic representative, college representative, research assistant at a pharmaceuticals company, and web developer creating educational resources for undergraduate materials science, along with a breadth of research projects and other coursework. I draw on all this experience in lessons to make science and maths relevant and fun!
