I am a dedicated maths tutor with a strong background in actuarial science and several years of professional industry experience. My journey began by excelling in mathematics during high school, which led me to study actuarial science at university. Alongside my studies, I tutored fellow students in statistics and later worked independently with university‑level learners. These experiences taught me that many students struggle not because of ability, but because of confidence. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple steps, encouraging learners to build understanding and self‑belief. I excelled in mathematics throughout high school and went on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce in Risk Management, majoring in Actuarial Science. My studies gave me a solid foundation in advanced mathematics, statistics, and problem‑solving. During university, I tutored peers in statistics and later worked independently as a tutor for university‑level statistics, strengthening both my teaching and analytical skills. I continue to pursue the actuarial qualification through professional board exams with hope to become a fully qualified actuary in the future

I am a Medical Doctor on a new journey to further my education. I have approximately 5 years of tutoring experience across the board. I mainly started tutoring as a way to learn and retain the content for good grades. I found that when helping my peers I also helped myself improve my grades. In lower level I have experience tutoring Science and Math while in GCSE and A-Level I tutor Chemistry, Biology and Math. In higher level tutoring, i offer services on any Subject health related eg Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology etc. I offer my services to any student who is willing to learn. I am fluent in speaking and writing English and Swahili. During my leisure time i enjoy reading a novel, spending time with friends, road trips, baking and movies . I have been tutoring online since April 2018, predominantly helping overseas students learn English as a foreign language.
