I have a BA Hons degree in Modern Languages: English/French with a module in Classical Greek Language and Literature. I believe in stress-free lessons , and learning in a relaxed setting. As a tutor I am not there to add pressure, but to help take pressure off. In terms of hobbies, I love reading, writing stories, and watching Turkish TV dramas. I am also a huge tennis fan. Last, but not least, I enjoy all forms of sugar - especially cake! Aside from my degree, I am qualified to teach TEFL. I really enjoy working with those who don't have English as a first language. It's a thrill to help them improve their speaking and listening - as well as reading and writing skills. It's wonderful to see them grow in confidence when expressing themselves in English. Furthermore, I am qualified to do proofreading. This fits in well with teaching English. I also have a certificate in Counselling Skills.

Hi. I'm Ade, and I have been tutoring successfully for over 7 years now, with over 100 students (over 3 years on GoStudent with over 40 students), Grades 7 to 12, GCSE, and A-Levels. I have a Bachelors degree in Geophysics, a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Education, and I'm currently doing a 2nd Degree in Mathematics. I keep my lessons simple, with a focus on consistent practice. I also tailor my lessons to fit the student and get the best out of them. Simply put, I help you understand the foundations of the concepts you're trying to learn, and we'll do lots of practice. I specialize in building students skill and confidence in facing and solving problems. I'm pretty good at it because I am always learning new things myself, so I never forget what it's like be a semi-beginner, and I tend to relate very well with my students experience. This helps me communicate very effectively and support them unconditionally, all the while holding them to high expectations (based on their ability). Hi! Im Cheryl. I studied Biology, Chemistry and Sociology as A Levels and I am currently in my fifth year of Medical School.
